Ten supplieraccounts.One screen.
tradebuy works across the trade accounts you already have. Send it the job list and it finds the cheapest way to get everything to site, orders on your accounts, and puts every invoice and due date on one screen. Each supplier still bills you on your own terms.
Pilot now open. First job free. Built in Melbourne.
The price that matters is the price on site
Cheap cable stops being cheap when it brings a $25 delivery fee, a minimum order and a Wednesday arrival for a Tuesday job. tradebuy adds all of it up for every supplier you hold an account with, then gives you three ways to buy the job. Every plan also shows when each part falls due.
- LOWESTCheapest to site, even if it takes three deliveries.
- BALANCEDClose to the lowest, with fewer trucks.
- ONE SUPPLIERWhat you'd normally do, priced so you can compare.

How it works
Send us your price files and invoices
No passwords needed. If a supplier's portal lets you add a staff user, you can add tradebuy and take it off again whenever you like.
Drop in the job list
A CSV, a take-off, a supplier quote, or a photo of the list on the back of the plans.
Pick a plan and order
Orders go on your own accounts at your own trade prices. Every delivery to site shows on one timeline.
See every due date
Every invoice is matched to what was ordered and what turned up, laid out by due date, and synced to Xero or MYOB. Each supplier is still paid on its own terms.
Your accounts. Your trade prices.
We don't resell anything
Each supplier still invoices you, on your terms and your credit limit. tradebuy plans the order and keeps the paperwork together.
Reseller-only distributors work too
IT, AV and security gear is planned on your reseller account, the same way you buy it now.
Keep the suppliers you won't leave
Lock a supplier in for a category. Every plan also shows the one-supplier price, so you can see what loyalty costs before you order.
Your pricing stays yours
Suppliers and other buyers never see what you pay.
Your dashboard. Every due date on one screen. Not one big bill.
Your supplier bills land on different dates today, and that spreads the month out. tradebuy keeps it that way. Each supplier still invoices you on your own terms. Your dashboard shows all of them together, with what's arriving on site and anything that needs a look.
